AFL Round 16 – North Melbourne Vs Collingwood

Blast, another game that we “should have” won that we didn’t. This means that both the Kangaroos and Carlton beat us twice each this year, that’s 16 points that we really should have gotten. Not only that Sydney and Brisbane got up so we are equal points with Brisbane and North, albeit with superior percentage, but now a game and a half out of the top four. We just didn’t handle the extra man in defence well enough. there is no point in bombing it into the forward 50 when there is a extra man in defence, especially a player the caliber of Wells… We need to play smarter than that to get to September… Heath Shaw also needs to learn to negate a tagger. He is always getting the number 1 tagger each week, we can’t afford for him to be out of the game that way..
