New Crowd Records by Collingwood Fans

A crowd of 57,719 on Sunday saw Collingwood beat Carlton by 44 points (the same margin at half time in the 1970 Grand Final).
Collingwood now need just 3,904 in the final round against the Kangaroos at the MCG to equal their own club H & A season attendance record set in 2003.

53,609
is the crowd required to equal the all-time league record set by Essendon in 1998.
In the previous meeting (Col v Kan), the attendance was 33,587 (2005-R19) when capacity of the MCG was reduced due to building works.
